International Regulatory Modernization Technical Working Group call Scheduled for May 23rd
We will host a short call on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 1 PM (Eastern) to finalize the attached group supervision principles in advance of their distribution to the AIA Board. 
Massachusetts DOI Report on Insurer Claims Handling for June 1st, 2011 Tornado
Attached please find the DOI report on carrier claims handling in regard to the tornado that hit Central and Western Massachusetts last year.
Update on Connecticut Credit for Reinsurance Legislation (CT HB5484)
The CT Department has indicated that the credit for reinsurance regulations will track the NAIC model regulations.
