Michael O’Malley
Senior Vice President for Public Policy

Michael O’Malley serves as the Senior Vice President for Public Policy at AIA. In this capacity, Mr. O’Malley directs AIA’s public policy development, bringing more than two decades of policy and government affairs experience in the insurance sector. Mr. O’Malley joined AIA in March 2017.

Before joining AIA, Mr. O’Malley was president of O’Malley Public Policy Collaborations, LLC. Previously, he was senior vice president of state government affairs and mandated business for the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. He has been active in the insurance industry for more than 30 years, having held positions in insurance publishing, state filings, residual markets, commercial lines infrastructure, reinsurance, and government affairs.

Mr. O’Malley is a graduate of Lehigh University.
