Update on ORSA Model Law
The latest draft of the joint-trades? ORSA reporting model law, which will be proposed to the NAIC sometime next week, is attached for member review.
SAVE THE DATE: Hurricane Irene/Catastrophe Examination Conference Call Scheduled for February 22nd
AIA has rescheduled a member call to examine challenges arising from Hurricane Irene and other catastrophes in late 2011. The call will be on Wednesday, February 22nd at 2pm Eastern.
New York Department of Financial Services Climate Change Survey
The New York Times ran a story regarding the fact that California, New York and Washington State will be requiring insurers that write more than $300 million in premium nationwide to complete climate change surveys.
